POP art Retro Robot Style

Another experiment in retro-futuristic character design.

For this piece, I wanted to combine a simple mid-century inspired robot with the bold shapes and bright colors of Pop Art. I kept the shading to a minimum and relied on strong outlines, geometric forms, and a limited color palette to create the energy.

I’ve really enjoyed exploring how small changes in shape, color, and background can completely change the personality and era of a robot design.
